The Tempus health & fitness suite has been designed by industry leading Life Fitness, with the latest state of the art fitness equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. When visiting the Tempus health & Fitness suite one of our fully trained fitness advisors will always be on hand for expert advice to help you achieve your goals whether that is to run a marathon or just maintain a healthy life style. Tempus studio programming will offer a wide variety of fitness classes from the legendry Body Pump if you want to look toned and defined or the relaxation of yoga to stretch and strengthen your core and cleanse your mind.

Tempus 15 meter swimming pool provides an ideal warm up or cool down, the spa pool, sauna, and steam room will help to unwind and relax after a hard day’s work or a challenging workout session in the fitness suite.

Tempus changing rooms have lockers to store your personal belongings while visiting the Suite with showers and a complimentary towel for you to use as part of your membership.

Take time to refresh; re-invigorate body and soul.
