Whether you are simply entertaining clients with a round of golf and dinner or combining a morning meeting with an afternoon round of golf or arranging your annual client corporate golf event The Oxfordshire’s championship golf course and impressive clubhouse offers a combination of conference facilities and private dining rooms for groups of all sizes. Combined with its superb practice facilities and locker rooms it is the ideal venue to host your Society or Corporate event.
Although it is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it is in fact easy to get to, being off junction 7 on the M40 on the outskirts of the historic university town of Oxford. So there is easy access to London and Heathrow airport.
Event Management
Let us take responsibility for organising your golfing event and leave you to enjoy the day with your clients and friends. Our dedicated event organiser can offer advice from registration, event timings, on-course competitions, scorecard and leaderboard management plus, the little extras that will make the day memorable for your guests.
As each golf day is an individual event, packages or bespoke arrangements are easily accommodated. Present your clients with a keepsake of the day with some golfing memorabilia, we offer a personalized service which enables you to put your company logo on that special gift and our professional staff will find a range of products to suit any budget and help you achieve the desired impact on your guests.
Hire Items
An extensive range of golf clubs, pull and electric trolleys and electric buggies are available for hire, subject to availability and weather conditions.

Society Organisers Day
The Oxfordshire’s corporate package also includes an invitation for the organiser and a guest to our loyalty day with golf and dinner held at The Oxfordshire towards the end of the year.
Meetings and Golf
This package is available with a minimum of 4 people:
- Coffee and bacon roll on arrival
- Half day conference room hire
- Mid morning coffee and tea
- Buffet lunch
- 18 holes of golf in the afternoon
- £110 per person
